Our class dedicated to soufflés will introduce you to the art of lightness : some delicious airy creations for you to enjoy!
You will be able to share a special moment with the Chef and taste the recipes prepared during the class.
You will prepare the soufflé batter, an insert and a sponge cake.
The Chef will show you the different steps to prepare a sorbet recipe.
