Friday December 1 from 2:30 to 5:30 pm and Saturday 2 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

- Croissants
- Vanilla rum baba
- Sugar brioche tart
- French toast-style bostock
Friday February 2 from 2:30 to 5:30pm and Saturday 3 from 9:00am to 5:00pm

- Kalamansi two-tone pain suisse
- Croissants
- Kalamansi and hay baba
- Apple, pear and hazelnut brioche
- Viennese Apple turnovers
Practical information:
- Class taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
- Some steps of the recipes are carried out in pairs. Classes for adults only.
- Lunch included with a daily special prepared for the participants.
- Share a convivial moment with the Chef while the Chef is handing out the certificates, then take your pastries with you to enjoy them.
