This year, Head Pastry Chef François Perret revisits the traditional Christmas Log and invites gourmets of all ages to join in a joyful escapade.
From a speculoos-style shortbread biscuit to a macadamia praline heart and a lighter-than-air Chantilly cream, the 2022 Ritz Paris Christmas Log stars an array of typical holiday cookie spices: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, a dash of nutmeg instantly conjure the warmth of the Christmas spirit.


Practical information:

- The participants will be welcomed and will be able to have a discussion with François Perret while enjoying some sweet mignardises.
- A demonstration of his Christmas tree dessert will follow.
- Petit Biscuit Christmas Log by François Perret (serves 8) will be given to each participant.
- Classes taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
- As a souvenir, the Chef François Perret's apron, a professionnal spatula, François Perret's signed books, 'French pastry' and 'Chef in a truck', as well as a certificate are offered at the end of the class with a glass of champagne.
