Explore the world of chocolate through sweets, entremets and cakes… an introduction to the technical skills required to master this unique gourmet product.

Friday, october 1st from 2.30PM to 5.30PM and Saturday, 2nd from 9.00AM to 5PM.
Chocolate bar and chocolate spread - Hazelnut spread - Hazelnut and vanilla chocolate truffles - Chocolate and fleur de sel framed bonbon - Banana and passion fruit molded bonbon - Hazelnut bites.


Practical information:

- Class taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
-Lunch included
-Share a convivial moment with the Chef, taste the pastries that have been made, while the Chef is handing out the certificates and take the remaining pastries with you.
-As a souvenir, the detailed recipes and Ritz Escoffier school apron are given for each class.
