Share a pleasant moment with our Pastry Chefs to improve your pastry skills and prepare beautiful recipes.


Friday, March 25th from 2.30PM to 5.30PM and Saturday, 26th from 9.00AM to 5PM

- Chocolate, mandarin orange and kumquat layered mousse cake
- Bourdaloue pear tart
- Lemon and vanilla choux


Practical information:

- Class taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
-Lunch included
-Share a convivial moment with the Chef, taste the pastries that have been made, while the Chef is handing out the certificates and take the remaining pastries with you.
-As a souvenir, the detailed recipes and Ritz Escoffier school apron are given for each class.
