Prepare one of the Ecole Ritz Escoffier’s exclusive recipes at home:
‘Sole, butternut squash and shellfish’.

Our teaching Chef Pauline Marquand-Maloisel will guide you during the video.

Once your registration is completed, you will receive the recipe by email along with a YouTube link. It is necessary to have a Gmail account to access the video of the cooking class.

The video will be available for 31 days starting from the day the link was sent.

A 30-minute personal appointment with one of our teaching Chefs can also be organized at the rate of €85 (taxes included).
