Description
The Ritz pays tribute to César Ritz’s origins and childhood by inviting Switzerland for a gourmet, homelike and Alpine Christmas.

Come and make the “Mont Ritz” (pun for “My Ritz”), imagined by the Pastry Chef François Perret, which design is an immaculate mountain ridge. The mounts are made of chestnut cream and of an infinite light and airy mousse like a whipped cream. Chestnut sparkles for enhancing the taste. Its base reminds of a the sandy texture of a shortbread biscuit contained into a cheesecake - the crunchy underneath the powder snow.


Practical information:

- Classes taught by the pastry Chef of the Ritz Paris François Perret.
- Classes taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
- Share a convivial moment while tasting the recipe and take your creation with you at the end. A certificate for your participation will also be given to you.
- As a souvenir, the Ecole Ritz Escoffier apron are offered at the end of the class.
