- Classes taught by one of our Ecole Ritz Escoffier pastry Chefs.
- Classes taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
- Share a convivial moment while tasting one of your recipes during the class and take the second pastry along with you at the end. A certificate for your participation will also be given to you.
- As a souvenir, the detailed recipes and the Ecole Ritz Escoffier apron are offered at the end of the class.
