These desserts will be made in a classic entremet format, the custom molds used exclusively at the Ritz Paris do not allow them to be reproduced in this form at home.

Practical information:

- Classes taught by one of our Ecole Ritz Escoffier pastry Chefs.
- Classes taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
- Lunch included in the price.
- Share a convivial moment – a certificate for your participation will be given to you and you will be able to take your two pastries along with you at the end of the class.
- As a souvenir, François Perret’s book ‘French Pastry at the Ritz Paris’ (Instants Sucrés au Ritz Paris) and the Ecole Ritz Escoffier apron are offered at the end of the class.
