Learn all the different techniques to imagine and create a plated dessert made with fresh ingredients that could be served in the finest restaurants, in order to skillfully combine tastes, textures and sights.
Taste your plated dessert while sharing a pleasant moment with the Chef.

- Class taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
