3 days in the heart of the Ritz Paris kitchens to discover our pastry chefs’ tips, tricks and techniques!

June 9, 10 & 11 2021 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pistachio and strawberry tart - Raspberry and lychee tart - Lemon meringue tart - Pecan nut and vanilla flan - Canneles from Bordeaux - Cherry 'gateau basque' - Vanilla madeleine, lemon glaze - Paris-Brest - Caramel and Tahitian vanilla choux.

June 23, 24 & 25 2021 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Cherry, almond and rosemary modern tart - Raspberry and pistachio tart - Vanilla, apricot and verbena choux - Cherry 'gateau basque' - Vanilla and chocolate marbled cake, Gianduja ganache - Rhubarb Savoy sponge cake - Pecan nut and vanilla flan - Gianduja barquette biscuit - Classic 'Fraisier' strawberry layered cake.


Practical information:

- Class taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
-Lunch included
-Share a convivial moment with the Chef, taste the pastries that have been made, while the Chef is handing out the certificates and take the remaining pastries with you.
-As a souvenir, the detailed recipes and Ritz Escoffier school apron are given for each class.
