Come discover the basis of French pastry making thank to the tailor made program created by our chefs’ instructors On the program : From July 12 to 16 2021 • Lemon meringue tart • Classic 'Fraisier' strawberry layered cake • Paris-Brest choux • Peach macarons • Hazelnut and vanilla chocolate truffles • Vanilla and chocolate marbled cake, Gianduja ganache • Pistachio mille-feuilles • Soft tropical fruit and white rum caramel From July 19 to 23 2021 • Saint-Honoré • Pains au chocolat • Croissants • Milk chocolate marshmallows • Strawberry, vanilla and verbena cream puff • Vanilla madeleine, lemon glaze • Rhubarb Savoy sponge cake • Banana and passion fruit molded bonbon • Raspberry and pistachio tart Trainees will be awarded a certificate at the end of each training course.
